What are Tokens?
Tokens are the only items actually purchased with money at our site.
You can pay for them using standard payment method(s) which may include
our designated Credit Card processors. Once purchased, the value of the Tokens will be added to your Account at GladirexCinema.com.
If you buy Tokens, you will be provided with Username and Password you can use to enter GladirexCinema.com Members' Area. There you'll be able to download videos you like paying for them by Tokens. Also you'll find your Account balance there and can check if you have enough funds available to make next purchase or not.
Do I have to pay a subscription or membership fee?
No. You do not have to pay a subscription or membership fee. You pay only per movie, and there is never anything to cancel.
Can I cancel or delete my account?
There are no subscriptions and nothing to cancel. You pay only for Tokens which you can use at any time to pay for video you want to download.
Can I watch streaming videos?
No. GladirexCinema offers only video downloads which we believe offer a better viewing experience than streaming video. Streaming media is played as it arrives, sometimes causing the preview to “buffer” or pause. Downloading allows you to watch the movie uninterrupted and use VCR-like features such as play, stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind.
Do I have to be connected to the Internet to play a downloaded movie?
No.
Can I pay for a video while downloading another?
No. If you are currently downloading a movie, you can return to browsing the movie selection, but you have to finish previous download and confirm it before downloading the next one. You can do it at My Account section of Members' Area.
Do I get a refund if I pay for a certain video, but I don’t download or watch it?
No. You rented the movie. We do not refund because you have changed your mind. If you rent a movie and you don’t like we don’t refund either.
Can a virus be transmitted by GladirexCinema?
Our strict security practices make it highly unlikely that a virus could be transmitted with our files.
Where I can find the link to download the video I paid for?
The link to your current download is available at My Account section of Members' Area.
Do I have to download my movie immediately after payment?
No. After payment for a movie, you are free to download it any time before your Account expires. This period of time will depend on the number of Tokens you bought and consist of 7-30 days.
What do I do if my download has "Timed Out"?
If your download indicates that it has "Timed Out" then it may just have been a temporary interruption in the connection. You can resume the download by returning to the "My Account" page and clicking the Download link. We advise you to use any download software you have. It should then walk you through the steps to resume the download. If you continue to have trouble or you get the screen asking you to purchase the video again, please e-mail support@gladirexcinema.com.
Can I share my login/password or links for paid movies?
No. Sharing or distributing your username/password information or links for paid movies will result in immediate suspension of services.
The administrators of GladirexCinema reserve the right to refuse buying Tokets to any individual. Persons with a history of refunds or chargebacks, account sharing violations will be denied access.
